What materials are your bows made from?

Our bows are handcrafted using a variety of high-quality fabrics. Each material is carefully selected to be soft, durable, and gentle on little ones’ hair.

How do I care for my bow?

We recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and laying flat to dry. Avoid machine washing to preserve the shape and texture. 

*Swim Bow Care: Our “swim” or “scuba” bows are water-resistant, making them perfect for water play. After each use, we recommend laying them flat to air dry. For best clip longevity, gently pat dry with a towel to remove any excess moisture.*

How long does shipping take?

Our current turnaround time (TAT) is listed on the home page. We always aim to get orders out as quickly as possible! If you need your order sooner, feel free to message us and we’ll do our best to coordinate a rush option.

Do you offer custom orders?

Yes! We love creating custom pieces. Please reach out to us via our contact page to discuss your ideas.

What is your return, refund, or exchange policy?

All products are final sale as they are all custom made for your order. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or determine the best resolution.

What is the difference between sizes? 

Our bows come in a variety of sizes to suit different styles: Mini bows are approximately 2 inches, Small bows are about 3 inches, Medium bows are around 4 inches, and Large bows measure about 5 inches. "Piggies” are sold as a set of two Small bows, perfect for pigtails, and our Sailor bows are slightly larger in style, measuring close to 4 inches.

I see a bow I love, but not in the size I want—what can I do?

Send us a message through the Contact Us section and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request! Please keep in mind that some bows are made in limited quantities, so if you see one you love, we recommend grabbing it before it’s gone.  

Will my bow look exactly like it does on the website? 

Because each bow is hand-cut and hand-tied, slight variations in pattern placement, shape, and overall appearance are to be expected. This means your bow may not look exactly like the one pictured—but every piece is made with the same care and quality.
